For years, I’ve seen airline employees struggle to get reliable load information. Informal chats and social media groups help, but.... That’s why I built FlightLoads.Passrider.com — a central place where employees can share loads freely and anonymously while helping each other travel smarter.
I first wrote the requirements for this project back in 2015. After hiring someone and losing several thousand dollars without results, I almost gave up. But I knew this was too valuable an idea to let go. Today, after years of planning and persistence, the platform is finally here — built for you, by one of you.

About Me – Kerwin
Hello, I’m Kerwin. I’ve worked in the airline industry for over 17 years and have been traveling on non-rev standby flights for more than 30 years. Along the way, I’ve flown on 207+ airlines and visited more than 108 UN countries. Through Passrider.com, I’ve been helping airline employees and their families navigate the complexities of standby travel since 2002.
I created Flight Loads because I know the struggles firsthand — the uncertainty, the waiting, the guessing. This platform is my way of giving back to the community that has supported me throughout my journey. My hope is that with your help, it makes your non-rev experience smoother, less stressful, and more enjoyable.
